This is what we woke up to this morning. This is at 10:30 in the morning, if you were here with us you would think that the sun was just starting to come up. It has been light for about an hour or so now, but it will feel like the sun is just rising or just setting all day. Right now it is fully light at about 9:00 and will be dark by 4:30 or 5:00. But because the sun sits so low on the horizon we feel like we are either just getting up or just getting ready for bed. Yup, that little shiny spot at the upper right of the picture is the sun.
I love it when the sun shines and the sky is blue!!!
Wow, you guys have more snow than we have! We haven't had more than a dusting so far. McKenna wants to know how you could make that incredible trip without one short stop in Forks, Washington. Truly, how could you!
ReplyDeleteI agree, ya shoulda went to forks!! Bryan would've liked it :)
ReplyDeleteOf course we have more snow! Did you think that Panquitch could really out snow Alaska? We were sure that we were pretty close to Forks, but we missed the turn off. (ha, ha)
